Scope

This policy applies to private productivity tools operated by Stefan Gussner that connect to an account only after its owner grants permission through Google's OAuth consent flow.

Information handled

A connected account may provide data needed for the feature the account owner chooses to use, including Gmail message metadata and content. The tools may prepare or update email drafts, but do not send email.

Purpose and disclosure

Connected-account data is used only to provide the selected productivity functionality. It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising, and is not shared with third parties except where needed to operate services chosen by the account owner.

Storage and retention

Authorization credentials are kept in the configured credential store and used solely to maintain the connection the account owner authorized. Information is retained only as needed to provide the selected functionality or comply with applicable obligations.

Controls

Account owners can revoke access at any time from their Google Account permissions. They can also contact the operator to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with these tools.
